Galante – Decorações Lda., is the entity responsible for managing this site, thus, the terms “we” and “our” refer to Galante – Decorações, Lda. By accessing and browsing this site, the user accepts all conditions , terms and policy contained therein.
By visiting our website and purchasing any of our products, you are accepting our “Commercial and Service Terms and Conditions”. These Commercial and Service Terms apply to all users of the website, namely, customers, suppliers, press.

It is your responsibility to periodically check this page for possible updates and your access to and use of our website assumes and constitutes acceptance of these updates.

ONLINE STORE
By accepting these Terms and Conditions of Business and Service, you declare that you are of legal age to do so.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in using our service, violate any laws, in particular copyright laws.
Prices on our website are in Euros and include VAT at the prevailing rate.
When placing your order, you will be sent an email with all the details of the order. As soon as the order is shipped, you will be sent a new email reporting the shipment, with all the information.
If you wish to make changes to your order, whether to add or cancel a product, you must inform us within a maximum period of 6 hours, through our official communication channels, galante@galante.pt | +351 213 512 440 | +351 910 261 546.
Your order will be processed once payment is confirmed/received. The payment methods that we provide in our online store are:

Galante – Decorações, Lda. will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order, if you choose to pay by credit card and the card issuer refuses or delays making the payment.
Violation of any of the Terms and Conditions will lead to immediate termination of our services.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
We intend that the information on our website is as clear, reliable and up-to-date as possible, and that possible errors/lapses/errors may occur, but they are not intentional and will always be rectified in a timely manner. If any error is detected, the customer has the right to cancel his order and will be refunded if payment has been made.

TERMS AND DELIVERY TERMS
Products ordered in our online store will only be shipped or delivered after confirmation/ receipt of payment.
Your order will be delivered by Galante – Decorações, Lda. or by a delivery service hired by it. The customer will always be informed about the shipment of his order and the shipping method.
Galante – Decorações, Lda. offers delivery of your order within a radius of 50km, starting at our warehouse (Est. de São Bartolomeu, nr. 169 | 1750-276 lisbon). For deliveries outside this perimeter, the order will have an additional cost of 15% of the total value. The amount of this cost will be indicated before confirming your order.
Galante – Decorações, Lda. offers the assembly of your order, except for the assembly of decorative objects that do not require it and lighting items, whose assembly can be carried out, but will have an additional cost, which must be calculated case by case . For orders of items that are in stock, the delivery time is 72 hours to 1 week, for deliveries in mainland Portugal and islands. For other European and International countries, it is subject to confirmation.

If one of our products in stock is momentarily out of stock, the customer can choose to cancel the order or wait for its replacement. The customer will always be informed of this out of stock and will be able to choose one of the two options above.

CHANGE IN PRICES AND SERVICES
The prices of our items are subject to change without notice.
We may at any time modify or discontinue an article or service without prior notice at any time, provided that such article or service is no longer running. We are not responsible to our customer or third parties for any price change and suspension of the service.
If an item on our website has an incorrect price due to a typographical or photographic error or due to incorrect information on the part of our suppliers, Galante – Decorações, Lda. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders made for it article. We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, even if it has already been confirmed and payment has been made, and the customer will then be refunded.

SERVICES AND ARTICLES

We do not accept returns of items that meet all the criteria contained in the purchase order. Certain items or services may be made available exclusively on our online store.

BILLING
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we change or cancel your order, you will be notified by the email, billing address or telephone number provided at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to limit or not accept orders, at our sole discretion, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors.

RETURNS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We do not accept returns or exchange of items that meet all the criteria contained in the purchase order.

If an item purchased arrives at the customer damaged, the customer may return it for a refund or replace the item with another. If this period is exceeded, we will not be able to replace it or accept its return.

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and the return of the value or replacement of the item will only be made after checking the good condition of the item in question. Item must be returned in the same packaging in which it was originally shipped. If the product arrives in non-saleable conditions, Galante – Decorações, Lda. reserves the right to refuse return or replacement.
If the customer chooses to return the item, the refund will be made directly to the credit card or bank account within 14 days. Shipping cost originally paid will not be refunded. If the customer chooses to replace the item, it can be done immediately, if the replacement item is in stock or within a period to be confirmed, if it is out of stock.

OPTIONAL PARTNER TOOLS
We may, on our website provide access to third party tools over which we do not monitor or have control. The user acknowledges and agrees that Galante – Decorações, Lda. provides access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any guarantees, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement.
